How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are handmade to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard shipping within the US typically takes an additional 3-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the airtight pouch provided, and clean gently with a soft polishing cloth.
