Returns & Exchanges

At Token Jewelry, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-stamped jewelry and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected and untangled during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
